01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hometownheromerchandise.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, athletes, and users who access our platform. SignatureDropShop provides an end-to-end NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) monetization engine for athletes.

02 Intellectual Property

Athletes retain all rights to their pre-existing Name, Image, and Likeness. By using our platform, you grant SignatureDropShop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your NIL assets for the production, marketing, and sale of custom merchandise on your behalf.

All designs created by SignatureDropShop, website content, and technology remain the exclusive property of SignatureDropShop and its licensors.

03 Commissions & Payouts

SignatureDropShop offers the highest NIL commission rates in the market. Athletes earn a baseline commission of 15% per sale, which scales up to 40% once a milestone of 25 lifetime sales is achieved across their storefront.

Payouts are processed via Venmo, PayPal, or direct bank transfer upon request through the athlete dashboard.

04 Storefront Policy

To maintain platform quality, any athlete storefront that remains inactive (defined as zero sales generated) for a continuous period of 60 days may be subject to deactivation or removal from the public directory at our discretion.
