01 Custom Merchandise

At SignatureDropShop, the majority of our items are custom-designed and printed on-demand exclusively to represent our partnered athletes. Because these items are uniquely created for you upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect sizing choices.

Please carefully review our sizing charts before placing your order at hometownheromerchandise.com.

02 Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged during transit, we take full responsibility. You can request refund or replacement anytime.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a defective item:

  • The item must be completely unworn and unwashed.
  • You must provide clear photographs of the defect/damage.
  • You must supply your original Order Number generated by our website.

03 Process Overview

Once your photos and request are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, a replacement will be sent directly to production. If a refund is requested and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days to our finance team.

Note for Athletes: Any refunded orders will automatically be deducted from your active or impending commission cashout balances to reflect true sales.

04 Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
